This hotel is situated in an amazing location, right next to the shopping areas and restaurants in the city center, very close to the Block Arcade.

Neat place with extensive and savoury breakfasts. The pool area is amazing too. Good to have a bar in the reception. Particularly good and magnificent location in centre of city- easy access to all of CBD, easy to get around. Outstanding meal at lobby restaurant.

The units are functional, ample sized. The hotel is in a marvellous location in the middle of the city. Will choose the place for future trips when I'm in Melbourne...

This place offers a comfortable and modern stay with clean rooms and a view of Collins Street, located 12 miles from the airport.

Tidy and huge rooms with comfortable beds are accompanied by top-notch service. The breakfast was delicious, we truly enjoyed lots of meals.

The breakfast is extensive and savoury, and the location is favourable close to Novotel centre to all amenities, the Block Arcade right next door, and such as Yarra River. The rooms are neat and functional, the view is excellent!

The room we had was recently renovated and functional with a nice shower and a sofa bed. the location was marvelous and magnificent for our stay, within a 5-minute walk of Acdc Lane Road. - the staff was really friendly, providing impeccable services.

The location of Novotel is convenient, close to all amenities, shopping areas, and public transportation. Our room was nicely furnished and brand-new, with a writing desk, a couch, and plenty of storage space.

My wife & I both had bacon & pancakes for breakfast on the 19th Jan. Both our meals were cold and that was conveyed to the manager on duty who immediately offered another meal, but due to flight commitments we were unable to take up the offer. At checkout we noted that our breakfast cost an additional $10 to what we were charged for the previous same breakfast. Does lodging a constructive comment always cost an additional $10? Therefore I did not like the additional cost. At no time was I informed that $200 was to be debtited to my credit card - my world wide experience is that an imprint of my credit card is the normal procedure without a cost imposed.

The hotel has comfortable rooms, great views, and helpful staff who provided excellent service.

The rooms felt warm, but overall, there was no reason to complain.

The rooms at Novotel Melbourne On Collins are newly decorated and neat with all the amenities. the comfortable bed and Nespresso machine were just what I needed. the heated pool was a delightful touch, and the complementary drinks at the downstairs bar were a nice perk.

The whole of the 'Australia on Collins' complex was beautiful with the elaborate Christmas decorations. The Novotel happy hour in Michel's bar was exactly that...a very pleasant, happy time.

The room temperature was very warm...difficult to sleep... and took a long time after temperature control adjustments for it to cool.
